Do Petoi robots come with a warranty?
Yes, all Petoi hardware includes a one-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. This does not cover damage resulting from improper assembly, unauthorized modifications, or accidents.
What is your return policy for electronic kits?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be in their original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as received. Opened electronic components may be subject to a restocking fee.
Are your robots suitable for beginners in coding?
Absolutely. Petoi robots support various skill levels, ranging from C++ and Python for advanced users to block-based coding (Petoi Desktop App) for beginners and children.
